Beachbody app downloads not working

BOD no longer compatible with all firestick models. The other day I noticed the beachbody on demand app had disappeared from my firestick menu. I called beachbody customer service today and asked what the issue was, and they told me they updated the app and it is no longer compatible with the amazon firestick. Beachbody® On Demand app may not be working for you due to some issues that your device may have or your internet connection problem. There is a message from the support center on the troubleshooting page stating that they are aware of this issue and they give a suggested tip for a temporary fix (which doesn’t work for me) and they assure us that they are working quickly to resolve the issue with a permanent fix.
